After failing the win the last two away games in the Premier League, Arsene Wenger has left the fans divided over his continuous reign as the manager of the club.
Reports according to the Express indicate that Theo Walcott has confessed to Bacary Sagna that he did not see the ball through out the second half and the Gunners were thumped by Manchester City.
Arsenal started brightly and it was Theo Walcott who opened the scoring just after four minutes and going into half-time, it looked like we would get the better of Manchester City.
But Leroy Sane equalised two minutes after the break and Raheem Sterling completed City’s comeback with a sweet left-footed shot beyond Petr Cech.
It was reward for a dominant City performance in the second half and after the match Walcott’s insight was telling.
In the clip from a ‘Tunnel Cam’ video posted on City’s Youtube channel, Walcott is seen catching up with former Gunners team-mate Sagna.
And in the clip, a tired looking Walcott is heard ruefully saying to the Frenchman “didn’t see the ball in the second half”.
