Manchester United and England striker Wayne Rooney will consider a move to Arsenal if Jose Mourhino and Chelsea’s attempt to sign him doesn’t go through reports Daily mail. It was reported last week by various medias that Chelsea’s 25 Million bid for the English man was rejected by United who were clear in stating that they do not want to sell. This however hasn’t stopped Rooney from dreaming of moving away from old trafford.
Daily mail sources close to Wayne Rooney have hinted the paper that Rooney may consider forcing a move to Arsenal if the Chelsea move fails unless David Moyes is able to convince him that he is key to his plans for United next season.
It is a well known fact that Wenger likes Rooney and he did actually try to sign him from Everton when he was much younger. Earlier in the year, twitter was abuzz with rumours of a 20 million Bid from Arsenal for the English man and with the Gunners failing in their attempt to sign Luiz Suarez from Liverpool as well as losing out on the signing of Higuain to Napoli, they may end up trying to sign Rooney.
The paper also reports that Wenger has told Wayne Rooney that he will like to build his Arsenal team around him which will surely delight Rooney who was pushed to the sideline by Sir Alex last season and the status quo is likely to remain the same especially with Moyes not forthcoming on the role Rooney will play for United next season.
