Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger, is renowned for handing out first team opportunities to youngsters and under his guidance, many starlets have excelled over the years.
If reports in the media are anything to go by then the North Londoners are going to sign another talented youngster in the form of Dutch international and Feyenoord center forward Joshua Zirkzee.
According to Soccernews.nl, the 16-year-old striker joined Feyenoord from ADO Den Haag, scored 33 goals in 27 games (in 2016) and attracted interest from Ajax. However, the Rotterdam based club are clear that he is going to Arsenal.
The Dutch source have mentioned that Ajax were in negotiations to sign Joshua but no agreement was reached and now the teenage center forward is close to signing for Arsenal, who have beaten the Eredivisie giants to get the boy.
Zirkzee has so far made 4 appearances for the U-21 national team and scored one goal. Not to forget, the Gunners have already signed a top quality striker for the first team by luring Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon.
