Birmingham City have reportedly sent scouts to watch Europa League qualifying match Glenavon v Molde to eye up any potential talent, according to the Birmingham Mail.
The man who impressed the most was FK Molde’s Erling Haaland, who shone in their 2-1 defeat to Irish Premiership side Glenavon.
The 17-year-old has been attracting a lot of attention this summer with Manchester United and Juventus both keen on securing his signature.
It is unlikely that the Blues’ scouts were there to weigh up a move for Haaland, as he would be far too expensive for the Championship side.
The Blues were not the only scouts in attendance however and were joined by representatives from Arsenal and Liverpool as well.
It was also reported earlier today that Garry Monk was lining up a second bid for Ipswich Town goalkeeper Bartosz Bialkowski.
