According to latest reports, Arsenal right full back Mathieu Debuchy could be on his way to Roma, after a move to Galatasaray broke down.
Since moving from Newcastle to Arsenal in the summer of 2014, Debuchy has played more from the bench than on the pitch.
The player fell down the selection perking order after picking up a should injury in 2015. He has since struggled to better Hector Bellerin in the position.
Debuchy, 31, was in talks with Turkish side after the Gunners had agreed to allow Debuchy to leave on a season-long loan, only for the move to breakdown – with the reasons unknown.
however, a new report according to the Telegraph claims Roma are interested in signing the player as they look to strengthen their relationship with Arsenal.
Should the deal pull through, he will join Szczesny as the second player to sign for them this summer.
Debuchy, is currently second choice to Bellerin at Arsenal, his best bet at first team football is when he moves away from the club.
