Paris Saint-Germain have not made any bid for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to Borussia Dortmund.
Aubameyang has openly admitted he is keen on a summer switch with reports this week claiming PSG were on the verge of a £61 million deal.
But Dortmund have hit back at those claims as the club’s sporting director denied any bids had been made..
‘As of now, we have not received any offers from any club across the world,’ Michael Zorc told Ruhr Nachrichten.
Liverpool and Arsenal have long been linked with the Gabon striker who has scored 120 goals in just 189 appearances for Dortmund.
Jurgen Klopp was the man to bring Aubameyang to Dortmund in the first place, signing him as virtually unknown frontman in 2013 from AS Saint-Etienne.
Aubameyang has since flourished into one of the most lethal goalscorers on the planet and is coveted by almost every big club.
Arsenal have always been rumoured to be suitors, but Arsene Wenger will have a tough job convincing Aubameyang to move to the Emirates with no Champions League football there next season.
Dortmund are in a transitional period after parting with their head coach, Thomas Tuchel.
Clubs like PSG will be hoping to capitalise on the uncertainty surrounding Dortmund as they look for a new manager.
