The French champions say their intention is to keep the 18-year-old frontman for another season
Arsenal have been told by Monaco that they do not want to sell Kylian Mbappe.
The Gunners are one of several club’s across Europa keeping tabs on the French sensation, who scored his 24th goal of the season on Wednesday night as Monaco claimed the Ligue 1 title.
Manchester United and Real Madrid have also been heavily linked with the 18-year-old.
But Monaco have told all interested parties that, providing Mbappe doesn’t push for a move away, he will be staying for another season.
“It is our intention that he stays,” said vice president Vadim Vasilyev.
“We will do everything we can to keep him.
“It depends on the club but also the will of the player and I hope he will make the right choice to stay with us.”
Mbappe’s price tag has soared throughout the season as his goals helped his side claim a first league title in 17 years.
He also became the first player to score in each of his first four knockout games in the Champions League as Monaco reached the semi-finals, where they were eventually beaten by Juventus.
