Defender Tafari Moore has joined League One side Plymouth Argyle following his release from Arsenal.

The 20 year-old right-back spent three seasons at the Emirates, after signing his first professional deal on his 17th birthday. He joins the Pilgrims on a two-year deal.

Moore spent time on loan at League Two Wycombe Wanderers last season, helping them to third place in the basement division and promotion to Plymouth’s level. Prior to that he’s been in the Netherlands on loan too, representing FC Utrecht and Jong FC Utrecht.

Moore represented England at every age group from U16s to U20 In September 2016, he was called up to train with the senior England squad by then boss Sam Allardyce to cover for injured Manchester United defender Luke Shaw.

Despite being a regular in the Arsenal U21 set-up he couldn’t force himself into the first team picture and found himself released at the end of last season.
