Done Deal : Arsenal Agrees £100k Per Week Deal Polish International

Arsene WengerArsenal have completed the signing of high rated Poland international goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny on a new 4 years contract worth as much as £20million over the duration of the 4 years contract. Last week, it was reported that Arsenal and the representatives of the keeper have commenced negotiation on a new contract but new reports now claim the player has in fact agreed deals and signed a new deal with the gunners.

Szczesny, who has been in a superb form for the gunners so far this season after he regained his number one spot after a brief spell on the bench as a result of losing his spot to fellow Poland international Fabianksi was previously on £40,000-a-week deal but according to reports, his new contract is worth £100,000-a-week which means him on par with other high earning goalkeepers in the league..

With Szczesny signing a new deal worth 100k per week, it is safe to assume Arsenal will not be trying to sign another high rated keeper any time soon as it is almost impossible for Wenger to sign another 100k per week keeper who will be warming the bench.
