PARIS SAINT-GERMAN have announced Yacine Adli has signed a new contract until 2021.

Adli was strongly linked with a move to Arsenal where he would link up with former manager Unai Emery.

But the teenager has opted to stay in Paris for the next three years.

Adli said: “It’s a pride and a dream come true. But this is only a first step.

“I still have a lot of work to do because I aspire to new levels. My goal is to meet the first-team most often and to do my utmost to participate in as many sessions as possible.”

Adli is one of the stars of PSG’s junior sides having won two French league titles with the under-17s team.

In the past two seasons, he has played 11 UEFA Youth League games with the under-19s.

Emery gave Adli his first-team debut in the final game of last season.
