Arsenal are reportedly keeping an eye on Corentin Tolisso’s situation as the £30million-rated midfielder seeks a transfer way from Lyon this summer.
The 22-year-old has shone for the Ligue 1 giants this season with 14 goals and six assists in all competitions, and Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is apparently a long-time fan.
Arsenal could do with more quality in the middle of the park after the poor start made by Granit Xhaka this season, while Aaron Ramsey has gone off the boil and Jack Wilshere’s future is in doubt.
Tolisso looks just what Arsenal need in that area, and the Daily Mirror claim he’s got his heart set on a big move this summer in a bid to boost his chances of a place in France’s 2018 World Cup squad.
The young Frenchman has previously described Arsenal as one of the clubs he dreams of playing for.
‘Many clubs make me dream like Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and England with teams like Arsenal,’ he said earlier this season.
The report claims Tolisso would likely cost around £30million, and his fine form has previously attracted interest from the likes of Juventus and Napoli.
