According to reports in France and England this morning, Arsenal and Liverpool are likely to fight out for the signature of PSG and Argentina’s Javier Pastore after his agent confirmed his client will likely leave the French club in January. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has declared he likes the player and if you believe reports in the last few weeks, the French man actually tried signing Pastore in the summer transfer window but was turned back PSG.
Arsenal are thought to be ready to back for the midfielder cum striker in January according to reports but this time, they will have serious competition from Liverpool and Chelsea if you believe Metro news. Liverpool are said to want the player and have commenced discussion in advance with the player’s agent.
Pastore joined PSG from Italian side Palermo in 2011 in a deal thought to be as much as 39 million euros but wants out of the France capital club after seeing his first team chances limited by the rivals of other players to the club.
