The Welshman will leave the Emirates at the end of the season after the club confirmed his contract won’t be renewed
Arsenal have reportedly identified three potential replacements for Aaron Ramsey.
The Welshman will leave Arsenal on a free transfer at the end of the season after the offer of a new contract was taken off the table.
Mirror Sport revealed in September that talks over a new deal had collapsed and Ramsey has now been told there is no chance of the Arsenal board changing their mind.
Unai Emery is working closely with transfer chief Sven Mislintat with three players reportedly identified
The trio are Nicolo Barella, Miguel Almiron and Hector Herrera, reports the Express.
Italian midfielder Barella has made no secret of his dream to play in the Premier League and has previously attracted interest from Liverpool and Chelsea.
Barella currently plays his club football with Cagliari and Roma and Milan hope to keep him in Serie A.
Speaking recently, he said: “I’m not the one who sorts out the transfers.
“The interest from big clubs is pleasing, and makes me proud. It means I’m doing the right things.”
Almiron meanwhile is currently with MLS side Atlanta United but a move to Europe beckons.
