Arsenal have joined the likes of Liverpool, West Ham and Everton in the hunt to sign Domagoj Vida from Besiktas.
Turkish outlet Milliyet reports that the Gunners are the latest team to express an interest and have even made a verbal offer for the defender.
Besiktas are now expected to cash in on the player, with interest mounting following several impressive performances at the World Cup in Russia.
Vida formed a strong partnership with Liverpool’s Dejan Lovren and played a key part in guiding Croatia to the World Cup final.
The Turkish side are hoping to pocket around €30 million for the defender, with Liverpool already having two bids rejected.
Both West Ham and Everton have also been linked with moves this summer.
The report claims that Besiktas president Fikret Orman will fly to England to hold transfer talks with potential suitors.
A deal to take Vida to the Premier League is expected to be the record transfer for a Turkish club.
