The international break is in sight and I must say I don’t enjoy the break from club football, and I am sure you don’t either. Do you?
Arguably the most in-form Arsenal player at the moment, Alexis Sanchez has been called up to represent Chile in their 2018 World Cup qualifier against Equador and Peru, which means he could miss our Premier League clash against Swansea.
Arsenal play Swansea on the 15th to October, while Sanchez will be involved with Peru on the 11th. He will sure be jetlag considering the distance, it is most probable that he will miss the tie or start from the bench.
Alexis selected for Chile's World Cup qualifiers away at Ecuador on 6th Oct (2200UK) and home to Peru on 11th Oct (0030 on 12th UK). https://t.co/GHdjusgcRv

Having the forward out would be a huge miss for the team, considering he’s the driving force behind a large portion of our attacks and has unrivaled work rate. However, if we can’t beat Swansea at home without one player, then we’ve got bigger problems than just the international break.
Alexis is a huge part of the Chile national side and he was even awarded Player of the Tournament when they won the Copa America this summer. It’s unthinkable to think they’d leave him out.
