The European Championship seems to have affected Arsenal’s transfer business but with the tournament coming to a close soon, it appears Wenger and his team of deal makers have discreetly been moving for players they believe will propel Arsenal to winning the title next season.
There have been lots of speculation in regards to the striker that Wenger wants to sign but the speculations became intensed as soon as Spain and Belgium crashed out of the European Championship. This is because According to various reports, Wenger firmly has his eyes on the duo of Lukaku of Belgium and Spain’s Alvaro Morata.
Reports this morning suggest Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has personally been in talks with Real Madrid for Morata but as the Galaticos are demanding in excess of 57 million, Wenger has decided to shift his attention to both Lukaku and Lacezette. Wenger is said to have held talks with the agents of both players and his confident he can reach a deal for either of them.
Surely Arsenal are not going to be signing both players as they would cost over 110 million and Wenger certainly is not going to be spending that on two players and to be fair, he doesn’t need to. Signing either of Lukaku or Lacezette will make a lot of sense even though I personally believe we should sign Draxler and a cheaper striker say Janssen or Icardi.
