According to the Express, Juventus striker Alvaro Morata has informed North London club Arsenal he will only consider Arsenal’s offer if they table a deal worth at least £6m-a-year in order to make him move from Juventus to the Emirates this summer,
It’s been reported that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is keen on signing three new player this transfer window to strengthen his squad ahead of the forth coming season.
Arsenal initially tabled an offer to sign Alvaro Morata from Juventus before the close of the winter transfer window, according to METRO.
Striker Morata, who has been in and out of the Juventus squad last season and the striker, has been subject of intense speculation over his future in recent days.
Spanish giants Real Madrid are reportedly ready to activate their £23m buy-back clause but will immediately look to sell Morata, who could be surplus to requirement at Madrid, on for a fee of around £30m in order to make a quick profit, claimed The Express.
It’s reported further that Arsene Wenger is determined on signing Morata at all cost, should Vardly decide to stay put at the Ping Power stadium.
Due to limited playing time in Italy, Morata is looking for a move away. This was caused by the impressive form of Argentine goal machine Paulo Dybala who joined Juventus in the summer after the departure of Carlos Tevez and the arrival of Mario Mandzukic
