£30m Bid ACCEPTED, Arsenal To Beat Chelsea To Signing Of Serie A Star

It is rare to see Arsenal winning a bidding war. But that could happen this summer as according to reports, Wenger is ready to engage Chelsea for the signing of Kalidou Koulibaly.
