West Ham will be offering former Fulham player Mladen Petric a quick return to the premier league after seeing their attempt to sign Romania striker Ciprian Marica dwarfed by Arsenal. As Andy Carrol has been declared out for the next 1 month, West Ham had to move quickly to bring back Mladen Petric to the EPL.
Mladen Petric was also interesting Reading and some other clubs according to daily mirror but the offer from West ham made them his preference among the lots. Despite the transfer window been closed, clubs can still sign players who are not attached to any club which is why West ham will be bringing back Petric to the premier league and why they and Arsenal have been constantly linked to signing Romania striker Mladen Petric.
Reports in Romania just few days ago claim Arsenal have beaten West Ham to the signing of Mladen Petric and an announcement is imminent this week.
