Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger believes PSG striker, Zlatan Ibrahimovic. is the best player in the world for the time being, ahead of La Liga duo, Christiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. The Swede has lit up both the domestic and European competitions with his domineering figure and breath taking goals, netting 14times and assisting on five occasions
And Wenger, who’s apparently a big fan of Zlatan was full of praise for the 32 year old, who scored four goals in his hide’s Uefa Champions League 5-0 win over Anderlecht in Belgium.
Wenger told Telefoot: “Is Zlatan better than Messi and Ronaldo? Right now, I’d say he is. At 32, you know how to get the best from your talent.”
The Arsenal boss has tried to sign the Swedish International in the past, but wasn’t able to complete a deal for the big striker due to Ibrahimovic’s refusal to take part in a trial.
