The Bayer Leverkusen tough-tackling centre back has been first choice for club, making 170 appearances for Leverkusen since making his debut for the Bundesliga outfit back in 2011 .
The German born Turkish international revealed that he is open to an Arsenal move, after learning of the Gunners interest in him.
‘It is not certain whether I will stay at Bayer Leverkusen,’ Toprak told Turkish-Football.
‘We still have a month and anything could happen until them.’
Arsenal have been unable to sign any defender with Mustafi top on the transfer wish list of Arsenal.
Per Mertesacker and Gabriel Paulista are currently sidelined with injuries and the need for a centre back cannot be over emphasized if Arsenal would compete for the title.
