There is so much currently going on in the transfer front for Arsenal. Wenger is on his toes and he has not just signed a left back in Cohen Bramall, he has tied down some of his key players to long term deal.
According to report, Arsenal are keen on bringing Alvaro Morata to the Emirates.
Wenger has been a staunch admirer of the Spaniard and reportedly made offers for him in the summer which were rebuffed – but Spanish outlet OK Diario say they will go back in for the 24-year-old next summer.
With the World Cup in Russia at the end of next season, Morata is keen on establishing himself as a first team player.
And OK Diario say Wenger would give the Spain international a starting spot if he was to join.
The Arsenal boss wants Morata alongside the experienced Olivier Giroud in his squad, who signed a new contract at the club Yesterday.
Morata only rejoined Madrid in 2016 after they activated a buy-back clause to sign him from Juventus.
He’s scored nine goals in 22 appearances for Los Blancos since his return.
