Arsenal will be looking to avoid a Barcelona when we face Bayern Munich in the Champions League today.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has confirmed Petr Cech will make way for David Ospina in the side’s last-16 Champions League clash against Bayern Munich.
Ospina, 28, has only made eight appearances for the Gunners this term but started every single group stage match as the Gunners finished top of Group A.
The Colombian impressed throughout the group stages but there’s been speculation that Wenger would turn to Cech for the knockout stages.
However, the Frenchman confirmed in tonight’s press conference before tomorrow’s game that he is keeping faith with Ospina at the Allianz Arena.
‘Nothing to hide,’ said Wenger.
‘We’re here because of the quality of his [Ospina’s] performances.’
