Transfer Deadline Day Special : Arsenal Back In For Yohan Cabaye

Arsenal may be completing the signing of Newcastle United’s Cabaye this afternoon before the transfer window closes according to reports coming out of the social media this morning. Arsenal had bid 10 million pounds for the service of th French man about 2 weeks ago which was out rightly rejected by Newcastle United for been way off their valuation of the player.

Arsenal were thought to be willing to go back to Newcastle United with a second bid but nothing came out of that reports. With Alan Pardew confirming the player may well leave the club and they also going after James Mccarthy of Wigan who is a younger replacement for Cabaye, it will not be too surprising if Arsenal announce the signing of the player in a couple of hours from now.

I am of the believe that we have a chance of signing Cabaye if we are willing to pay as much as 15 million pounds for the service of the French man. The fact that he has openly stated he wants to leave will make it easier for Arsenal to do a last minute deal for him should they still be interested.

  1. Yes one win doesn’t mean anything and also it does not taken away the demand that we had for Wenger. He has to work even harder by adding some new additions to the team. Want to show world class quality, please don’t because of one derby win then we say we can get titles that’s absolute rubbish!!! Arsenal fans are easy to pleased that’s why we are blinded for the last 8 years shit!!! I will continue to write and press hard on Wenger until we are truly respected as a genuine contender.
