Arsenal attacker Theo Walcott believes Arsenal have now found a level of consistency.
Arsenal’s victory over Marseille extended their club record to 10 consecutive away wins and Walcott believes consistency has played the biggest part of that run.
The winger scored his first goal of the season to open the scoring before Aaron Ramsey’s goal sealed the points. The speedster has hailed the consistency of the team on the road and now wants to move that to their home form too.
“10 games in a row won away? It just shows how consistent we are away from home. We just need to be a bit more consistent at home now, that’s the next big step. If we show that, we can really go far this season. I really believe that.”
“That record shows how much hard work everyone has [put in] and it’s definitely something to be proud of, being part of that. It just shows how special this team is and how gifted these players are.
