The Premier League season is under way and there have been plenty of thrills within the first month.

With four games gone, Jose Mourinho has already had to fend off talk over his position as Manchester United boss, while the odds on Manuel Pellegrini leaving West Ham have plunged with the Hammers yet to pick up a single point.

It’s still early days and anything can happen throughout the rest of the season, but it is always fun to speculate!

So, with a week off from top-flight action due to the international break, we have fired up the famous super computer to predict the final league standings.

Ahead of the new season the, ahem, world famous computer tipped West Ham for a top eight finish after a string of seemingly impressive signings.

Following their disastrous start, however, it looks that prediction could now prove way off.

Here’s the predicted final 2018/19 table which should, of course, be taken with a pinch of salt…

Manchester City

Manchester United

Leicester City
