Arsenal face Reading in the EFL a few hours away but we are shocked to learn that Yaya Toure has agreed to join Arsenal, but his agent has revealed that the Manchester City man would not sign for Arsenal – this is somewhat conflicting.
Following the breakdown in his relationship with Pep Guardiola, Yaya Toure has not featured for the Citizens this term and is certain to leave in the winter.
There is no telling if this report is true but it beats our imagination why Arsene Wenger would move or a 33-year-old. No denying that Toure has class but we have a plethora of midfielders at Arsenal and probably the best midfielders in the Premier League, which makes Toure unimportant to us.
This report is somewhat conflicting but Calciomercatonews are reporting that Toure has agreed Arsenal deal, via the Express.
They state, “As recounted by the Daily Express ‘Arsenal have decided to make a concrete offer to Manchester City to bring to’ the Emirates the former midfielder of Barça. Yaya has already given his approval to Arsene Wenger, [who is] ready to coach one of the most complete players in the world.”
There’s also a Sky sports report that claims it would be impossible for Toure to move to Arsenal. I not sure what to make of this as we even have a player like Wilshere on loan.
