It’s fair to say things aren’t going as well for Pep Guardiola at Man City as he would have liked.
Having won the league title in his first season as a manager in Spain and Germany, it doesn’t look likely he’ll be repeating the trick in England.
The latest setback for Guardiola in a disappointing campaign was losing 4-0 to Everton.
A first half strike from Romelu Lukaku was followed by a sweet finish from Kevin Mirallas early in the second to make it 2-0. After that strike the cameras panned to Guardiola on the sidelines and he looked like a man in shock.
As he tried to figure out how to turn things around, or perhaps contemplated whether he had made a terrible mistake joining Man City, the internet had a field day at his expense.

#PepGuardiola – said it before, I'll say it again – the most over rated manager in the world.

Pep Guardiola's midfield is being outclassed by a 35
year old Gareth Barry, a Man City reject.

It only got worse for poor Pep. Youngster Tom Davies and then debutant Ademola Lookman made it a 4-0 defeat.
