Shocking News : Tottenham Star Christian Eriksen Mocks Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil

It seems Tottenham players and their fans are just fond of coming out in the media to comment on how they are ready to finally topple Arsenal in the league. From King, to Bentley, to Arsenal, to Defoe, Crouch and now Christian Eriksen, they just won’t stop talking. Eriksen in particular has taken the nonsense Tottenham players are fond of a little too far by claiming Arsenal’s new signing Mesut Ozil has achieved ” a little bit” more than himself.

The youngster who was signed by Tottenham in a deal said to be about 8 million pounds from Ajax had his Tottenham debut last weekend in a 2-0 win over Norwich. Talking to the SUN newspaper Eriksen said : “I think everybody, first and foremost, wants to be in the Champions League next season, for sure.

“Then we have, of course, to become champions. That is why he spent so much money on good players. That is just the sort of thing I want to be part of.

“I think our title chances are really good. We have had a good beginning and it is pretty easy to play with such good players.

“Arsenal are above us in the league at the moment, so we will have to turn that around for a start.

“I think he [Ozil] has achieved a little bit more than me!

“I am a few years younger [three years] and still have to learn a lot but it is nice to be compared, but from what I have heard it is not good to be compared with Arsenal players.

“Seriously, it is pretty cool to be compared with such big players.”

Eriksen must be on some sort of hard drugs cos the little bit more he claims Ozil has achieved more than him includes : 1 La Liga, 1 Copa Del Rey, 1 Supercopa, 1 UEFA Cup, 1 Bundesliga title, 2 DFB-Pokal, 2 UEFA Under-21 Championship.

Christian Eriksen on the other hand has only achieved : three Eredivisie titles and one KNVB Cup.

Talking about player been clueless.

  1. I’m an Arsenal fan but find this article embarrassing. The lad was responding to a question and gave an honest respectful answer. Don’t twist his words. And by the way, a few more performances like he put on against Norwich and the comparison with Ozil won’t be far off.
