Arsenal were dismal against Tottenham, who have been experiencing a deep in form, and Arsene Wenger seem unhappy with the display of his players.
The game ended 1-1 after Dembele who seemed unmarkable conceded a penalty.
“I felt we had some good spells in the game and it was a bit hectic, nervous.
“I don’t question the spirit of our team and the way we wanted to fight. But overall our fluency and movement, we played a little bit too nervously.”
Wenger also questioned the awarding of Tottenham penalty and believes there was minimal contact made.
: “Contact is not a penalty. A foul is a penalty. For me it is a soft penalty, a very soft one.
“But I haven’t seen it again. But from outside there is only one option which is to look for a penalty.”
We are now sitting in a familiar fourth position and two points adrift of League leaders Liverpool.
We will travel to Manchester to face Mourinho and his men at Old Trafford.
