Piers Morgan couldn’t disguise his disbelief after Arsenal were 2-0 winners against AC Milan in the Europa League on Thursday night.

The Gunners made the breakthrough midway through the first half when Armenia international Henrikh Mkhitaryan scored his first goal for Arsenal at the San Siro.
Mesut Ozil made the assist for Mkhitaryan’s goal before the Germany international teed up Aaron Ramsey to make it 2-0 in the fourth minute of added time.
Morgan has been an outspoken critic of Wenger in recent weeks and the Arsenal shareholder didn’t appear to anticipate such a comfortable win for the Gunners in Italy.
Morgan wrote on his Twitter page: “Bloody hell… 2 up in the San Siro. #afc”
Arsenal are in sixth place in the Premier League table and 13 points behind Tottenham Hotspur, who occupy the final Champions League spot.
The Gunners haven’t won the Premier League title since 2003-04.
Arsenal are looking to win their first European trophy under Wenger.
