Arsenal new boy Granit Xhaka has been missing in action in the last two games of Arsenal as a result of the red card he picked in our win over Swansea.
Xhaka has said he is eager to return to first team action as he continues to serve his three games suspension.
Xhaka was forced to sit out Arsenal’s frustrating goalless draw with Middlesbrough in the English top flight on Saturday afternoon.
He will not be available this weekend when Arsenal travels to Sunderland at the Stadium of light this weekend.
Nonetheless, the anchor midfield seem excited that he’ll soon get back and lace his boots for Arsenal.
The £33m summer signing posted a photo on his Instagram page and wrote the following caption:
“ I will be back in a week, well trained and eager to play!
Arsenal finished in second place in the Premier League table last season behind champions Leicester City.
