In less than a week time, we would have been done with the transfer window but this window may go down as the most painstaking for the fans of Arsenal. Why leave signings this lates?
Reports emerged yesterday that Arsenal have completed the signing of Deportivo’s Lucas Perez in a £17.1m deal and the player is expected to have his medical today, per Skysports.
Arsenal have been linked with arrays of strikers beginning this summer but we have been unable to sign any of our targets. This has come as a shock deal to the fans, as Peres has not been top of Arsenal’s transfer target list and is not a player really known in Europe.
The report claims the Spaniard has penned down a 4year deal.
Lucas Pérez that is. Him and Mustafi will be presented at the same time around 3pm (traffic permitted) https://t.co/JiAxejKMud

The 27-year-old has also drawn interest from Everton but Arsenal are the obvious favourite for the player. Lucas scored 17 goals in La Liga last term and Wenger believes he will tick the boxes for us.
A report claimed that Lucas can play from the flanks or as an attacking midfielder and he is expected to play from the right wing for Arsenal.
The number 9 shirt is vacant at Arsenal and we are sure Wenger will hand same jersey to the Spaniard. He will earn 75k-a- Week per reports.
