Aaron Ramsey’s move to Juventus looks to be edging closer, following the news that his agent is in Italy.

Corriere dello Sport report that Ramsey’s representative has flown into Turin, aiming to nail down a deal for the midfielder.

The Welshman’s Arsenal contract expires at the end of this season and he won’t be extending his stay at the Emirates.

Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri reportedly wants to bring in Ramsey this month, but a summer move is on the cards.

The report does claim that Ramsey’s agent will be in Milan for a few days to speak to Juve directors about a Janaury move, though,  so it has not been completely ruled out.

The longer the saga goes on, the more it looks as though the 28-year-old’s future lies with the Serie A champions.

His Arsenal career has been mainly positive, although he has forever been a divisive figure in north London.

A fresh challenge is required with Ramsey at peak age – it will be interesting to see how he fares at Juve, should the transfer go through.
