The Gunners are at present without a manager following the departure of Arsene Wenger, but are widely expected to appoint former Spartak Moscow boss Unai Emery to the role imminently.
But not having a manager at the helm is not putting a stop to signings and the Estonian Football Association has confirmed that Hein has linked up with the Premier League giants.
Hein, an Estonia Under-17 international, will now continue his career in north London.
The 16-year-old custodian has impressed Arsenal with his performances and is departing Estonian third tier side Nomme United.
He has won eight caps for Estonia’s Under-17s side so far and has also turned out in the country’s domestic third tier league.
The shot-stopper will want to develop his career in England with Arsenal, a side renowned for bringing through young talents from across the globe.
