ARSENAL can solve their Premier League woes by snapping up Jorginho and Kalidou Koulibaly.
That’s according to ESPN reporter Mattias Karen who has urged the Gunners to snap up the Napoli duo.
Koulibaly is valued at around £53m and Jorginho has been linked with cash rich Manchester City.
Arsenal haven’t got a new boss in place yet.
But Karen reckons midfield and defence needs to be strengthened by whoever gets the nod from club chiefs.
“Well it’s clear Arsenal need a defensive midfielder and a centre-back,” Karen told ESPN FC.
“In terms of who they exactly go for, it’s very hard to predict with this new regime coming in.
“I would say maybe an ideal scenario would be getting the Napoli duo Koulibaly and Jorginho.
“But that would require spending some serious money and it remains to be seen if Arsenal are willing to do that.
“So they might be relying on Sven Mislintat, the new recruitment head, to unearth some younger talent that maybe people haven’t heard about as much.
“So it will be interesting to see how exactly they solve that issue.”
