According to David Andersoon from the Daily Mirror, Arsenal have told Manchester City to forget about Hector Bellerin and look else where for a right back.
The writer claims Arsenal told the Citizens two words but the last was OFF, so were left guessing what the first word was.
However you see it, even though we think Anderson has been exaggerating and economizing the truth, Arsenal are not willing to let Bellerin leave even if a club will offer good sum for him.
@City_Watch I'm told Arsenal's response to City's approach for Bellerin consisted of two words – and the second one was off….

Arsenal are currently looking to seal deals for Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez but Hector Bellerin is an integral part of the Arsenal team and his existing contract doesn’t run out until 2019.
However, the defender is talented and it’s understandable that if City did genuinely ask about signing him that we would be so forthright with our retort.
Arsenal did not respond to Barcelona’s interest, does that mean Arsenal are open to selling the player to the Catalan club? We understand that Arsenal will accept 40million Pounds for the player.
