Wenger went all out during the summer transfer window and reinforce all aspect of our squad. We now have a large team and may not be seeing any addition in the winter market, however, we are sure to see some departures.
According to report via DailyStar, Yaya Sanogo is on the transfer radar of Ligue1 side Saint-Etienne and they want the player to join them as soon as the January transfer window is opened.
Sanogo, 23, is yet to star for Arsenal this term and he may not even get on the bench for us this term. His best bet at playing regularly is away from the Emirates.
He spent the first half of last season on loan at Ajax but made just five appearances and failed to score -Sanogo’s loan was cut short in January and he was sent to Charlton where he scored a hat-trick in a 3–4 defeat against Reading.
He should embrace the opportunity as it provides an escape route for him.
Saint-Etienne currently lie in ninth place in the league, with just 11 goals scored.
