Arsenal’s reported interest in PSG Javier Pastore has been boosted by Pastore’s agent’s confirmation that his client will not be heading to Italy. The unsettled PSG player has been linked to moves to the Italian league but his agent has now confirmed that his client does not have interest in playing in the Italian league any more.
Wenger was linked to the player in the last summer transfer window as a last minute transfer target after he failed in his attempt to sign other more rated strikers and if you believe reports in France, the Frenchman will likely go back for the player once the January transfer window has been flagged open.
Pastore only joined PSG from Palermo in 2011 in a deal believe to be worth €39.8 million. He is reportedly keen to move away from PSG in the January transfer window after seeing his first team chances eroded. He has played a total of 66 games for PSG scoring 17 times.
