Luis Suarez has BANNED the press from asking him questions about his future.
The Mirror reports that Suarez has said that he will not answer any questions related to his stance on leaving Liverpool. He has also requested his Uruguayan teammates and the Uruguayan FA to refrain on commenting on his situation with is club.
Suarez has joined up with Uruguay for their match against Japan, even though he is said to be carrying a foot injury which has stopped him from playing a number of preseason friendlies for Liverpool. The wantaway striker is desperate to leave Liverpool and Arsenal are thought to be ready to go back with a new bid later this week. The Gunners, who have been reported to have tabled a bid for Bayern Munich’s Luiz Gustavo, are according to reports desperate to make Suarez their marquee signing of this summer.
The Uruguayan’s agent, Pere Guardiola is said to hold talks with Liverpool later this week with the hope of convincing Brendan Rodgers and the Liverpool management to allow his client leave. Since Liverpool have refused to sell to a direct Premier League rival, Guardiola is thought to be sounding out clubs outside the Premier League, to offer Suarez to any potential suitors like Real Madrid.
