One of the best breeding ground for talents in Europe is Arsenal’s academy. This is justified by the number of players that have been transformed to superstars from that set up.
Arguably the most influential agent in football, Mino Raiola has tipped Arsenal youngster Donyell Malen as one of Europe’s most promising and exciting star of the future.
His verdict has always been taken very seriously given the calibre of players he has worked with. As agents for the likes of Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Mario Balotelli, you will not struggle to agree with the Italia.
And in the Italian opinion, 17year old striker malen could be knocking on Arsene Wenger’s door for a spot in Arsene Wenger’s first team before long.
Malen, 17, joined Arsenal from Ajax in 2015. He has been represented by Raiola for several years now and the super agent believes in the ability of the player.
In a brilliant Interview with the Daily Mail, Raiola put Malen in the same bracket as AC Milan prodigy Gianluigi Donnarumma, saying:
“One who I am excited about is already with a Premier League club and that is Donyell Malen at Arsenal.
“He is a very talented young Dutch player with lots of ability, he is at a very good club with a great manager and I think he can be a revelation.”
Revelation? High praise for a player so young, eh? Arsenal could definitely do with a young player breaking into the first-team, particularly a striker.
