Good News – 5ft11 Arsenal Star Makes Unprecedented Return To Training

With injury to Santi Cazorla, Arsene Wenger cannot afford to lose another midfielder especially as we head into the hectic festive period.

Arsenal were knocked out of the EFL Cup game against Southampton on Wednesday night, in a game in which Mohamed Elneny came off after he was reported ill.

The 24-year-old Egyptian has not returned to training with the first team as we prepare for the London derby game against the Hammers.

The midfielder was subbed off against Southampton with what Arsene Wenger later confirmed was diarrhea. Nice.

Also in training with the first team were Ainsley Maitland-Niles, who was decent against Southampton midweek, Krystian Bielik and Chris Willock, as well as the usual suspects.

Olivier Giroud was absent. However, the boss did say he probably wouldn’t be ready for the weekend but will be for Basel on Tuesday.
