BORUSSIA DORTMUND have rejected an offer from Arsenal for wing wizard Ousmane Dembele, reports have said.

Arsenal are attempting to sign a winger with Arsene Wenger determined to add more firepower to his squad for the forthcoming campaign.

The Gunners are growing increasingly likely to lose Alexis Sanchez, with the Chile star’s contract up next year.

Express Sport understands Paris Saint-Germain will launch a £35million bid for him once they have completed the signing of Neymar.

Arsenal have spent the summer hunting Monaco winger Thomas Lemar, but Leonardo Jardim’s side have so far managed to retain the France international.

But Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo say they have failed with a bid to sign Dembele.

Barcelona have turned their attentions to the 20-year-old, while Real Madrid are also sniffing about.

Arsenal, however, are said to have made a move for the player but Dortmund snubbed their offer.

The same can be said for PSG, who are another party interesting in luring the youngster away from the Westfalenstadion.

Mundo Deportivo add Dortmund have told potential suitors to forget about signing Dembele this summer.

But, given his form last term, it is no surprise that Europe’s top clubs are keeping tabs on him.

Dembele signed from Rennes 12 months ago and made a big impact in his first season in German football, scoring 10 goals from 49 games.

And, to top off a memorable first season, he also helped Dortmund scoop the DFB-Pokal under old boss Thomas Tuchel.
