Arsenal have had a €30m offer for Cengiz Under rejected by Roma according to Calciomercato.
The same outlet also report that the Giallorossi are set to hand Under a new deal amid reports of growing interest from the likes of Arsenal, Manchester City and Bayern Munich
Roma are planning to offer Under a new contract before January with Bayern reportedly preparing a big offer and Arsenal as well as City monitoring the situation.
Under joined Roma in the summer of 2017 for a €13.4m fee which is a record for a Turkish international leaving the Super Lig.
The 22-year-old does have another four-years remaining on his current deal and the issue is not the length of contract but the wages.
The young winger is the lowest earning player in the current Roma team earning €1m per-season including bonuses.
Turkish-Football recently reported that Arsenal are keeping close tabs on Under and the City have a long-term interest ever since losing out to Roma in the race for the rising star.
City had all buy agreed a deal to sign Under before Roma swooped in with an increased bid and the prospect of first-team football.
