In a bid to sustain the future of the Arsenal, Arsene Wenger must ensure that his core team members tie their future to the club’s.
Talks for contract extensions for Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez were reportedly stalled over wage disagreement but Wenger has confirmed that Arsenal are making efforts to get the players put pen to paper for new deals.
The contract of both stars is billed to run out in the summer of 2018, but considering their quality, top European clubs are attracted to them and we wouldn’t want to lose them.
Wenger revealed that Ozil is currently at his career prime and so, you would imagine that he is desperate to keep the German playmaker.
