With the summer transfer window at its climax, we are sure to see some new faces in the Red Colors of Arsenal, who we expect to lace their boot and abate the gunning down of our opponents.
Arsenal have finally completed a deal for Nigeria’s youngster Kelechi Nwakali, reports Allnigeriasoccer.
The gifted playmaker has been in the global spotlight after starring for his nation’s under-17’s team at the age-grade World Cup last year.
However, he was at the Emirates Stadium after the u17 championship to sign a deal. However, he could not complete a deal because he had no work permit. A work permit has now been granted to the Nigerian youngster and he is a Gunner.
Confirming the report, chief executive officer Emeka Amajiriaku of ASJ Academy broke the news.
“Kelechi has signed with Arsenal, it is now a done deal. He signed the contract 3 pm today (Wednesday), ” Amajiriaku said.
“His mother and brother Allwell were there. Manchester City loanee Chidiebere Nwakali came all the way from Norway to London to witness his brother signing the contract. ”
Arsenal are clearly putting an emphasis on young players and have already added a number of prodigious talents to their ranks this summer.
