Sometimes you think if Arsenal do not have enough finance to compete in the market or the club officials have deliberately sat on their hands and watch players slip through to other clubs.
With the close of the transfer market looming even close by the day, Arsenal have lost another transfer target Bruno Peres, after the player completed medical and was unveiled as a new player of Roma, According to Sky Italia
I’m not sure about you but I’m actually getting a strange sense of satisfaction scratching all these players off the list of players Arsenal are supposed to be trying to sign.
The Giallorossi will pay a loan fee of €1m to Torino and another €13.5m when Peres’ move to the Stadio Olimpico will be made permanent at a later date. They will add another €1.5m in bonuses, and 20% of any transfer fee if the Brazilian is sold by Roma in the future.
Peres will sign on an initial season long loan with the deal likely to be made permanent next summer.
