The transfer deadline is barely 72Hours from being shut, by the close of the window we’ll know exactly what the make up of our squad is.
The signings of Shkodran Mustafi and Lucas Perez are expected to be finalised by tomorrow at the latest, and Wenger claims he’s done with buying players but we are bound to see some departures from the squad.
Football League Championship side Ipswich Town are poised to sign Ainsley Maitland-Niles on another loan deal before the close the window.
The 19-year-old winger joined Arsenal at age 6 and ascended to the highest grade of the club. On 9 December 2014, Maitland-Niles made his professional debut at the age of 17 years and 102 days in a UCL match against Galatasaray, replacing Ramsey at half time.
He spent last season on loan at the same club after him now but we were made to understand that his spell for the club ended on a low. His mum was allegedly involved in an altercation with Arsenal and she was banned from the club.
He made 30 appearances for Ipswich in the league, but was dropped from the squad in mid-March and was then selected just twice for the rest of the campaign – once on the bench and once when he was subbed off at halftime.
It is left to been seen if he will be left to make the move.
