The January transfer market is out of sight but it seems we have another exciting window to bolster an already bolstered squad.
If reports making the rounds are anything to go by, Arsenal have reignited interest in their long term transfer target Youri Tielemans, and they are looking to sign in when the transfer window re-opens in January.
The links may be based upon assumption: Arsenal like signing talented youngsters, Tielemans is a talented youngster, so why wouldn’t they hold some level of interest?
The media wave has been awash with this report, although we cannot authenticate Arsenal’s interest in the player, we may be more serious than thought.
On several occasions, Arsenal have had their scouts watching Tielemans play for his club Anderlecht and PurpleSpirit is in the claim that same Arsenal officials were spotted last week when Anderlecht locked horns with Gabala.
The website reckons Arsenal and other clubs there will have been watching Youri Tielemans and Leander Dendoncker, but the latter stayed on the bench.
Tielemans started the game but received an injury which will rule him out for a few weeks, maybe fitting giving Arsenal had someone at the game.
