His been attracted to a couple of clubs in Euro but the sale of Szczesny on loan mean Arsenal would not let him move this season.
And the 27-year-old has revealed he expects to remain at Arsenal and is ready to feature when required for his side.
Ospina told reporters in Los Angeles, per the Evening Standard, during his team’s pre-season tour:
“I have a contract with Arsenal, I’m happy with the team. We are fighting for the top of the league. Now we have two weeks until we start the season. These friendlies serve us very well.”
The shot-stopper featured in four matches in the top flight last season, keeping two clean-sheets. Ospina did also make the most saves of any Arsenal goalkeeper in the Premier League since 2009 when he made nine stops against Tottenham in March.
